WELCOME TO MY WORLD OF ART

Hi, my name is Meryl and I am from the beautiful Southern Highlands in New South Wales.

I started my painting journey 12 years ago after customizing a painting for my bedroom to match a quilt I had purchased. I thought that was fun, let's try a seascape. After feeling relatively happy with the outcome, I was hooked and became rapidly passionate about painting.

My particular love is the Australian outback and rural landscapes. After watching a lot of YouTube and reading art magazines, I taught myself to paint.

I am proud to say that I have sold paintings to customers in England, Canada, Singapore and all-around Australia.

I get quite fidgety if my hands don't pick up a paint brush for a few days, so I can see myself painting for as long as I possibly am able.

I do hope you all enjoy my art as much as I enjoy producing it.
